You could think of this as a vacila variation, a sombrero variation or a balsero variation. Start with a balsero – a cross-handed vacila for the first three count, and then the lead walks in front of the woman on the 5-6-7. For the next 3 counts, do an “alarde”, where the leads brings the follows left hand behind the follows head and then back out or above. ON On the 5 the lead can lean over to kiss the follow on the cheek and then do an an enrosca on the 6-7. After that you can get out of this like a sombrero.
