“Beautiful venue, but the organization and customer service were a major disappointment I hosted my daughter’s 15th birthday celebration at this venue. The place is truly beautiful and has great potential for special events. However, my experience with the person in charge of coordination was very disappointing. We had two prior meetings where we discussed important details about the setup, chair distribution, and basic agreements to ensure everything would be ready on the day of the event. To my surprise, on the day of the celebration, the person in charge did not remember what we had discussed, and instead of helping to solve the misunderstanding, their response was distant and not collaborative at all. I was told that “I must have understood wrong” and that it was not their problem, leaving me practically without support on a day that was extremely special for my family. Because of this, I had to personally take care of tasks that were already agreed upon, resulting in delays and an unfortunate experience on what should have been an unforgettable celebration. Although the venue is beautiful, I believe that the customer service and follow-through on agreements need significant improvement. When you trust such an important event—like your daughter’s quinceañera—you expect professionalism, empathy, and solutions, not to feel alone in the process. I truly hope my experience helps encourage improvements so that future clients can fully enjoy their celebration.”

She was patient with our inadequate dancing skills (LOL), fun and she really gave us the confidence to feel great as we danced our first dance as husband and wife.
