Bailar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (successor by statutory conversion effective May 4, 2026 to Bailar LLC, a Florida limited liability company) (“Bailar”) is committed to ensuring that the Bailar mobile application and the website located at bailar.site (collectively, the “Service”) are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of ability.
OUR COMMITMENT AND CONFORMANCE TARGET
Bailar targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Conformance is an ongoing target rather than a static representation: some surfaces of the Service currently meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, others meet Level A only and are being uplifted, and a few interactive map and embed surfaces are subject to the “Known limitations” section below. We update this statement when the underlying conformance posture changes materially. Our ongoing efforts include:
(a) Providing text alternatives for non-text content;
(b) Ensuring sufficient color contrast for readability;
(c) Supporting screen readers and assistive technologies;
(d) Providing accessible labels for interactive elements;
(e) Supporting dynamic text sizing and system accessibility settings; and
(f) Maintaining keyboard and switch control navigability on supported platforms.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the application may not yet meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:
(a) Map-based event discovery features;
(b) Some third-party embedded content; and
(c) Certain complex interactive components.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to resolve reported issues as promptly as possible. If a fix is not technically feasible in the short term, we will describe a reasonable accommodation or workaround.

The Service may contain content from third-party sources, including event listings, images, and embedded media. While we encourage our partners to provide accessible content, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party materials.
