Privacy-first
Default conservative. Always.
- Your DMs never drive ads. We don't serve ads period, but specifically: message contents never train recommendation models.
- Block is silent. The blocked party sees no state change. Messages simply don't deliver.
- Reports go to a real human on the community team. Review SLA: 24 hours on weekdays, same week on weekends.
- You can export your messages and delete the whole history, permanently, from Settings → Privacy → Data.
