Bailar is a Latin dance events and studios app, built by dancers. Our community is Latino, and our responsibility is to the community that gave us the music, the movement, and the floors we love.
Career growth & learning
Instructors join free and keep 97.5%.
Latin dance instructors join Bailar free — no subscription to teach — and pay a flat 2.5% platform fee on bookings Bailar processes. A fraction of the 15–30% industry norm. Designed as an income-mobility head-start for working dance teachers, not a promo.
The 2.5% rate is flat — it doesn’t step up over time — and it only applies to bookings Bailar actually processes. There’s no fee to create a profile, list lessons, or be discovered by dancers.

Accent Dance NYC →
A 501(c)(3) teaching free salsa, bachata, merengue, and cumbia to 25,000+ kids across the NYC public-school system. Direct mission overlap with what we do: we help adults find the floor; Accent makes sure the next generation can step on it at all.
