How to claim your studio

Your studio is probably already on Bailar — we've indexed 11,000+ Latin dance studios across 179 countries and counting. Claiming it lets you edit the schedule, photos, and prices, and see your insights.

How to claim

1. Find your studio: in the app, tap the search icon on the Home tab and search its name (filter to Studios). Or visit bailar.site/studios in a browser.
2. Tap Claim this studio on the studio's page.
3. Enter your email and phone number. Verification is automatic when your contact info matches the studio's public listing:
   • Email at the studio's domain — e.g. owner@yourstudio.com, matching the studio's listed email or website domain. On the web we send a confirmation link (valid 72 hours).
   • Phone number listed publicly — enter the number shown on your studio's listing and the claim verifies instantly in the app. No call needed.

If neither matches, your claim goes to manual review — our team checks it and emails you back, usually within 1–2 business days.

Once verified, you manage your studio in the Bailar Business app or at bailar.site, with:

• Schedule editor (add/remove classes, mark one-off events)
• Photo uploader
• Pricing + drop-in info
• Insights (profile views, RSVPs this week)

What if I can't prove ownership?

Email support@bailar.site with your studio's address and role — we'll figure it out together. We never share a claim with someone who can't demonstrate a relationship to the studio.

Pricing

Claiming is free. The first 100 claimed studios lock in the Founding 100 benefit: 90 days of Studio Pro free. Bailar's platform fee is a flat 2.5% on every tier — Pro and Elite add tools, not a different rate.
