  Alexis is a great teacher! She’s very clear in her directions and is easy to follow. She’s very empathetic and takes her time to explain things if you’re having a hard time getting the moves. Alexis takes her time with each student so they will have the best experience that they are capable of.

  I highly recommend Alexis as a dance instructor for bachata, salsa, ballroom, and other Latin styles. She is a professional dancer and, importantly, a certified instructor— many dance teachers aren't. After trying various dance studios for years, I can confidently say that she is the best I have encountered. I have been learning bachata from her for over 2 years, and I have seen countless students remain with her long-term because of her outstanding instruction. Alexis's communication skills are exceptional. She breaks down each move so clearly that her classes feel both approachable and enjoyable. Her structured curriculum provides a clear roadmap for progress, ensuring everyone knows what to practice and why. This focus eliminates confusion and keeps us on track. What truly sets Alexis apart is her dedication to each student. She pays meticulous attention to technique and fundamentals, ensuring we are well-prepared for success. Beyond the classroom, she organizes social dancing events. She prioritizes one-on-one practice time, which has significantly boosted my confidence. Her humor adds to the experience, making every class a joy. A lively, welcoming atmosphere keeps me looking forward to the next session. Another highlight is the strong community she has built. Through her events, I have made friends who share my passion for dance, and we often attend social dances together. I am starting my 10th training program with Alexis and intend to continue.   Alexis is AMAZING . She's so patient , friendly and attentive . If you are looking for salsa and bachata she is your girl she will always make you feel welcome. I did both individual and group and its worth every penny .
