“Service is terrible!!! They have zero human qualities and simple compassion. I bought my mom some classes as a present. The package was 6 classes for 30 days (maybe 8 classes not sure). She started 30 days window on the 4th of the month. On Labor Day they were closed and one of her classes would expired. She comes to use the pass on the 3rd and they kicked her out of the class. Even thought it was paid for and she was in a 30 day window. Receptionist lady was very rude and unpleasant. My mom used to love this place and wanted to buy more classes but will be taking her money somewhere when they will treat you like a customer. Very and very disappointed!!!”
