Btw just an added info for the clave during the step open, the more specific timing of this song's clave is 2/3 clave. and it falls on the counts 2, 3, 5, 6.5, 8 I chose to use the counting 7 for ease of teaching purpose. Because today class is a Beg/Inter level class. But its good for you all to know the actual counting. So you can listen carefully and try to hit on 6.5. If you want to hit on 7 it is also not wrong, you are still on beat, just not on clave. Hope it clear the doubts of some people. Enjoy dancing!
