This was Rebecca Sweet's (co-owner of Viva Dance Studio) first homework assignment: to capture at least 8 camera levels and shot sizes or types in a 60 sec video for her homework assignment at Ohio Media School. Several shots included are: Shot size (distance) Close up Medium close up Full shot Medium shot Camera level (height) eye level shoulder level ground level Types Establishing shot Subject on right third of frame Dutch angle High angle Subject behind an object but visible Overhead Rack focus Critique of self: Work on lighting. The dance studio is intentionally low light in the evening with Tungsten hues. I personally like a moving camera but I see where I am going to need to incorporate a tripod. I would also employ color correction, grading, as well as additional editing effects. Looking forward to the next project and constantly improving.
